Amateur Hockey Report is a subscription-based website, meaning accounts are charged on a recurring basis depending on the length of time initially purchased. 30 Day subscriptions are charged every 30 days until cancelled, 90 Day subscriptions are charged an initial discounted fee and then charged every 30 days at the current 30 Day subscription rate until cancelled, 180 Day subscriptions are charged an initial discounted rate and then charged the current 30 day rate until cancelled. There are NO REFUNDS for any reason, all sales are final.
Refunds (Subscribers)
Amateur Hockey Report is a subscription-based website with recurring charges based on initial purchase term and due to the nature of our business and the access the subscription gives the customer to proprietary information, there are NO REFUNDS for any reason, all sales are final.
Cancellations (Subscribers)
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform Amateur Hockey Report in writing (email: info@amateurhockeyreport.com) within 7 days of an upcoming rebill if they want to cancel their account. Customers also have the ability to cancel at any time on Amateur Hockey Report by accessing their account using the customer interface. Amateur Hockey Report does not accept cancellation by PHONE or VOICEMAIL.
